Who has access to my account?
It is only the account holder who has access. This is caused by you having applied for a business account registered with your personal NemID. That means neither your accountant nor the co-owner of the company has regular access or visual access.
What if my accountant needs an account statement?
Does your accountant need an account statement it'll have to be through the account holder. To acquire an account statement is to do the following:
Click on the desired account
Click hereafter on "Export"
Choose which format the account statement is prefered (.csv or .pdf)
Choose the desired period of time
Finish with export
Now you have an account statement on your device in the desired format and period of time that you can hand over to your accountant.
What if my co-owner wants access?
The co-owner can not get any form of access. Everything has to be done through the account holder.
Good to know
It is important to remember when applying for a business account that it is only the authorized to subscribe/director. That means the company is authorized by the director.
