Please note that this information only applies with Lunar Business in Denmark.
If you have been handed over to debt collection, the following procedure will be executed:
Your Lunar subscription will be cancelled
Your payment service agreements will be cancelled
If you have other accounts at Lunar they will be terminated due to this default with 2 months' notice
If the debt collection case ends up being handled in court, you will be registered in RKI

If the above amount is not paid to us within 10 days from date, we will without further notice send this case for judicial collection with consequent additional costs will be charged, including a collection fee of DKK 100, - cf. section 9b of the Interest Act and in accordance with the Debt Collection Act
