In this article we will help guide you with ordering a new Lunar card. If you scroll down, you will also find a FAQ regarding our cards.
You can choose to upgrade to another subscription directly in the app, if you wish to have more than one card.
How to order your card
Open your Lunar app and choose Card in the menu in the bottom of the screen.
Click on Order free card or click on the ➕ in the top right corner, and then click on Choose card for either the virtual or the physical card.
Choose the color that you desire and then choose which account you want this card linked to. (This cannot be changed later on)
For the physical card:
create a pin code for the new card. (This cannot be changed later on)
Check that you address is written correctly and ensure that your full name is written on your mail box. Without this, we cannot guarantee that your card will be delivered.
Swipe right on the slider to confirm and order your card.
Tadaaa! You card is activated immediately. This means that you can already now use your card online, connect it to your MobilePay, or your connect it to your favourite streaming platform.
Good to know
When you have ordered a physical card, we immediately send the order to production. You can expect a delivery time of up to 10 working days. If you are a Pro user and you have ordered a metal card, the card can be expected to arrive within 5 working days since it is sent with express delivery.
If you for some reason have not received your card within the expected delivery, please reach out to our customer support so we can take a look at what has happened.
When you order your physical card, you loose your right right of cancellation and Reimbursement. We cannot refund the 99 kr. that an extra card costs as it covers our production and delivery fees.
It is important that you take immediate action and block the card if you loose your card. You can do this directly in the app.

My card expires soon — what do I need to do?
We'll automatically make sure you get a new card — you do not need to do anything.
How do I find my card information?
If you need to find your card information all you need to do is open the app and click on Card in the menu at the bottom of the screen. Select the card you want the information for and then click on Show more - here you will be able to find all the information on the card as well as your pin code.
How do I add my card to MobilePay?
You can add your card to MobilePay through the MobilePay app. In the app you have to find their menu and then click on Accounts & cards. Here you have to use your Lunar account information to receive money and your card information to send money. It is important that you have a minimum of 1 kr. on your account when setting up your card, as MobilePay will reserve 1 kr. to check the card works.
What do I do if I have forgotten my Pin code?
You can always find your card's pin code in your Lunar app. All you need to do is open the app and click on Card in the menu at the bottom of the screen. Select the card you want the information for and then click on Show more - here you will be able to find all the information on the card as well as your pin code.
What does an extra card cost?
You have to pay a small fee if you wish to order more cards than what is included in your subscription. A new card costs 99 kr. When your extra card expires after 3 years, you will also have to pay to have it renewed. You can see our detailed price list here.
I have not received my card — what do I need to do?
If you for some reason have not received your card within the expected delivery, please reach out to our customer support so we can take a look at what has happened.
