Please note that this only applies for Lunar Business in Denmark.

If you have a case inside the technical department, the processing time can vary from case to case. Customer support is in close dialogue with our technical department and keeps our customers updated regularly

What can you do?

It will be of great benefit to reduce processing time if you can provide customer support with:

  • Pictures of the problem as well as a video.

  • URL link which is located at the top of the screen when you are at the login stage.

  • A thorough description of the problem

    • What do you do when the problem arises?

    • How does the problem arise?

    • Is there an error message?

    • Where in the app, the error occurs?

    • Has the Lunar app been reset?

    • Have you deleted and reinstalled the Lunar app?


You can expect a response to your technical matter within 2-7 business days.
