Move/create your payment service agreement via the Lunar app
Open your Lunar App
Go to the product page
Select "payment service"
Press "Add new"
Select "new agreement" or "move agreement"
By "move payment agreement" you simply enter reg and account number and then press continue
For "new agreement" enter the payment agreement number, debitor group number and customer number.
Unsubscribe or cancel payment service
Name of payment service
Should it be rejected? (that means it will not pull this month)
Should it be cancelled? (in this case, it will drag out the month, but not in the future)
Should it be rejected and cancelled ( Then it will not drag out the month or in the future)
Good to know
If only some of your payment service agreements are moved, the payment agreement must be terminated at your current bank and re-established with Lunar.
Your payment service is deducted whether or there is coverage on your account. If you are in overdraft the payment service will be reversed and a fee of DKK 250 will be charged.
