Here you can read about how to add, move, cancel or reject your payment service agreement.

Add a payment service agreement via the Lunar app

  1. Open your Lunar App

  2. Go to “Explore” and find "Betalingsservice"

  3. Press "Add agreement"

  4. Select "Add new agreement"

  5. Enter the PBS no., Debtor group no. and Customer no.

Move payment service agreement(s) from another bank

  1. Open your Lunar App

  2. Go to “Explore” and find "Betalingsservice"

  3. Press "Add agreement"

  4. Select "Move agreements from another bank"

  5. Read the information that is now presented to you

  6. Enter the reg. no. of the bank you want to move the agreement from and select the account it should be linked to at Lunar - follow the rest of the flow to move the agreement

Cancel a payment service agreement

How to cancel a Betalingsservice agreement in the app:

  1. Open your Lunar app

  2. Go to "Explore" and find "Betalingsservice"

  3. Select the agreement you want to cancel

  4. Press "Cancel agreement"

Please note that this cannot be done 7 days before month-end and 7 days after month-end.

Remember that you can always contact the creditor and change or cancel the agreement.

Reject a payment service agreement

How to reject a Betalingsservice agreement in the app:

  1. Open your Lunar app

  2. Go to "Explore" and find "Betalingsservice"

  3. Select the agreement you want to reject

  4. Tap on the upcoming payment

  5. Select "Reject payment"

Please note that this can only be done 7 days before month-end and 7 days after month-end.

If no upcoming payment is registered, the creditor has not scheduled the next payment. In that case, we recommend that you contact the creditor to request a cancellation of the next payment.

Good to know

If only some of your payment service agreements are moved from you other bank, the payment agreement(s) must be terminated at your current bank and re-added in the Lunar app.

Your payment service is deducted whether there is coverage on your account. If you are in overdraft the payment service will be reversed and a fee of DKK 250 will be charged.
