There can be several different reasons why your application did not go through. We have compiled the most common reasons in a list here:
We do not accept the company's industry code.
Your industry code does not match the business description provided in the application flow.
The business owner is not residing in Denmark.
The business address is not registered.
The business address is registered abroad.
The wrong person is registered as the authorized signatory.
You have an ongoing application, and therefore you should choose "log in" and not "create account".
You can always contact our customer service directly via the Lunar app or phone if you would like them to provide you with the specific reason why your application was not approved.
Additionally, it is important to emphasize that we do not accept associations.
If any of the above points change, so your application can be approved, you will need to submit a new application. Also, please note that if any of the above points change during the customer relationship, it may affect your customer relationship.
