Where do I find my account agreement?
You can find the account agreement in the Lunar app through the following steps:
Open the Lunar app
Tap on the profile icon in the upper left corner
Tap on "Agreements"
Select "Account Agreement"
Voilá! There you'll find your account agreement.
How do I find and download an account statement?
Do you need a bank statement from your Lunar account? You can easily download it as a PDF or CSV file — either in the app or via the Web Bank.
In the app:
Open the Lunar app and select the account you want a bank statement from
Click More and then Details
Click Export Statement
Choose a start date and end date and click Download bank statement
Save the file or send it to your own email
In the Web Bank:
Go to Konto
Click Detaljer
Click Eksporter kontoudskrift
Choose a start date and end date
Download as PDF or CSV
Where do I find the invoice for my account subscription?
You can find your invoices by doing the following:
Open your Lunar App.
Click on the profile icon in the top left corner.
Click on "Billing".
Select the invoice for the desired period.
Good to know:
By clicking on the downward arrow (iPhone) or the three dots (Android) in the top right corner, you can choose to download the document or send it via email, etc.
The account statement shows a detailed overview of all the transactions that have left your bank account during a given period.
Note that reserved transactions do not appear on the account statement. It is only when the transaction has been completed and is no longer reserved that it will be visible on the account statement.
