In order to open an account with us, you will have to apply. You do so by downloading the Lunar app, which will take you through the simple process. You download are app in either the App Store or Google Play.
You can apply if you meet the following:
You are at least 15 years old
You have MitID
You have a valid passport, driver's license or national identity card
Download the app and begin your application by pressing 'Get your account now'.
Application process:
During the application, you will have to state information about yourself and the intended use of your bank account with Lunar. You will also learn about our different subscriptions and choose the one that will fill your needs.
When you finish your application, it will be sent to us. In case we have any further questions for you, we will reach out to you — either by email or directly through the app.
We will also let you know through the app when we have processed your application.
