If you haven't received a bank transfer

If a transfer has been made to your Lunar account from another Danish Bank, it will depend on the sending bank when the transfer will be credited to your Lunar account.

  • If the transfer was made as an instant transfer, the money should be in your Lunar account immediately.

  • If it was transferred as a standard transfer, it will take 1-2 business days for the money to appear in your account.

If you haven't received a MobilePay transfer

If you haven't received an amount in your account that was sent via MobilePay, both the sender and you should check if a few criteria are met.

What to do as the sender:

If you're the sender and the money hasn't been credited to the Lunar account, check if the money was sent to the correct recipient. This can be seen under the "Activities" tab in the MobilePay app.

What to do as the recipient:

If you're the recipient and the money hasn't been credited to your bank account, check if the transfer appears under "Activities" in the MobilePay app.

If you can see the transfer in your "Activities," check that the bank account the money is supposed to be deposited into matches the one shown in the MobilePay app. This can be done as follows:

  • Open the MobilePay app.

  • Click on Profile at the bottom of the screen.

  • Now select Accounts and check if the number matches the reg. and account number of your Lunar account.

If the account number is incorrect, correct it by tapping on the field and entering the correct one.

If the money was sent from a foreign bank

If the money was sent from a bank abroad, first try contacting the foreign bank to learn more about the whereabouts of your transfer.

If the bank confirms that the money has been sent, please wait 1-3 business days before contacting support, as the money may still be on its way to your Lunar account.

If more than 3 business days have passed and the transfer hasn't yet reached your account, you can obtain a receipt from the sending bank that Lunar can use to track the whereabouts of your incoming transfer. You can read more about this HERE.

Good to know

If your transfer is delayed, you should contact the other bank to learn more about what may have happened to your transfer to Lunar. As the recipient of the transfer, Lunar unfortunately cannot see your transfer until it is in your Lunar account.
