Overdraft on my account
If your account is overdrawn, it must be redeemed as soon as possible if you want to avoid reminders and fees. You signed when you created your account that you would not go into overdraft and you agree that it is against our conditions.
If you have not redeemed your overdraft in time, you will be sent over to debt collection. This is where all further communication will take place between you and Collectia in the future.
