Online banking burglary

Here you can read about what to do if you are a business customer with us and if you have been a victim of an online banking burglary.

Please note that this only applies for Lunar Business in Denmark.

Unfortunately, it can happen that some are targets for identity theft in the event of an online banking burglarly. Here it is important to keep calm despite the unpleasant situation. If you have been a victim of an online banking burglary, do the following:

  • Block your cards

In the meantime, when you have blocked your cards, you must call customer support, where we can together confirm that it is an online banking burglary. From here we will do the following:

  • Withdraw all logins

  • Suspend your account

What should you do as a customer?

  • Block your NemID and MitID

  • Report to the police
