When using payment service agreements, your recurring bills are paid automatically meaning that you do not have to worry about accidentally forgetting about them or having to pay late fees. In this article you can read about how to create new payment service agreements in the app.
You can set up the new agreement whilst already paying a bill or by creating a new agreement - both of these actions can be done directly in the Lunar app.

It can take a few days from when you request to register the payment service agreement in the app, until it is set up. If the registration is not complete within the payment date, you will have to pay the bill manually. Thereafter, the bill will be paid automatically through the payment service agreement the following month.
Good to know
It is important to ensure that there is sufficient funds on your account to cover the payment service agreements that are you have set up since your Lunar account is not allowed to be in overdraft. An agreement will automatically be rejected and the funds will be returned to your account, if it is above 1.000 kr. and results in an overdraft. If the payment is rejected, you will have to pay it manually for that month. Lunar takes a fee of 250 kr. for this rejection and return.
In the Lunar app it is possible to reject and remove your payment service agreements.
You can easily move your payment service agreements from another bank to your Lunar account.
If you have multiple accounts and you wish to move only some of your payment service agreements between your own Lunar accounts, then reach out to our customer support and we will happily help you.
