Read this article to learn how to block your card if you have lost it or it has been stolen.

Oh no — we're sorry to hear that!

If your card has been lost or stolen it is crucial that it's closed immediately to prevent misuse. This can be done directly in the Lunar app, and will work immediately.

You block your card by doing the following:

  1. Open your Lunar app and click on the account that the card is connected to.

  2. Click on Cards

  3. Select the card that you have lost.

  4. Choose card settings and thereafter on Close card.

Your card is now closed and you are able to order a new card in the app.
