If you need to apply for a loan with Lunar, you do it in the app. Under 'products' you can find 'loans' where you can follow the flow of applying for a loan.

To apply for a loan with Lunar, we need information about the following:

All of this information is necessary for us to assess whether you are eligible and able to repay the loan. It is therefore important that you make sure that the information you provide is correct and without errors.

If your loan is approved, you will receive a notification within 24 hours if you have enabled push notifications in your Lunar app,

In case of both rejection and approval, you will also receive an email. If your application is approved, you will receive a loan document that must be signed with MitID.

You can turn push notifications off/on by going into the settings on your phone and finding 'Lunar' under your apps. Here you will find the option to turn notifications on and off.

In addition, you can do the following inside the app:

Tap on the profile icon → Settings → Notifications → Select notifications

As soon as a loan agreement is signed, the money will be paid out.
