How to pay a bill
Open your Lunar app and click on Payments in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Now select Pay Bill.
Enter Type, Reference + Creditor number, and click Next. If you wish to set it for automatic payment, you can choose to add it to the Payment Service (Betalingsservice).
Enter the amount you need to deposit and click Continue.
You can now add a note to yourself and choose when the bill should be paid. Swipe to the right at the bottom of the screen to complete the payment of your bill.
Your bill will now be paid on the selected payment date!
Scan bill
Do you want to avoid entering your bill manually? We fill in all the details for you when you take a picture of your bill. All you have to do is to approve the payment.
Open your Lunar app and click on Payments in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Now select Scan bill.

Good to know
You can delete your scheduled payment if the actual withdrawal data has not passed yet. Just find the payment on your account overview, click on it, and select Delete.
If you are unable to pay your bill yourself, for any reason preventing you from accessing your account, feel free to contact our customer service.
If it's a bill you need to pay every month, you can easily set it for automatic payment via the Payment Service. Just use the PBS-nr., Deb.gr.nr. and Customer number.
If you have the Light subscription, a fee of 3 kr. is applied when you pay a bill. You can avoid this by upgrading to Standard, Plus, or Unlimited.
