You have several options when it comes to moving your NemKonto to or from your Lunar account. We have created a few different guides that describe how to do this.

Move your NemKonto to and from Lunar via Nemkonto.dk
When you move your NemKonto, it typically takes a few days for the change to take effect. If your employer pays your salary via your NemKonto (e.g. if you are a public employee), you need to be aware of when you move your NemKonto. We recommend that you do not move your NemKonto at the end of the month, as this can cause problems with receiving your salary. Therefore, make sure to move your NemKonto after you have received your salary - for example, at the beginning of the month.
Move your NemKonto to Lunar via the Lunar app
You can move your NemKonto to your Lunar account by following this guide:
Press your profile icon in the top left corner.
Press Change bank to Lunar.
Press NemKonto and then Continue.
If you have multiple accounts, you now need to choose which account you want to link to your NemKonto. Press the chosen account and then Continue.
On this page, you can see your NemKonto agreement under Documents. Press Accept and move to confirm that we are moving your NemKonto to Lunar.
We are now in the process of moving your NemKonto - easy, right? Press Done to close the setup guide and return to your Lunar app.
Move your NemKonto to and from Lunar via Nemkonto.dk
At NemKonto.dk you can move your NemKonto to and from Lunar. Here's how to do it:
Go to NemKonto's self-service here.
Click Log in as a citizen on the right side of the homepage.
Log in with NemID (or MitID).
Enter the account details of the account you would like to use as your NemKonto and press Save.
