How to change your in-app passcode

Follow this guide to reset or change your 4-digit passcode.

You change your passcode by following the below steps:

  • Press the circle in the top left containing your initials or picture

  • Press "Privacy and security"

  • Press "Change password

  • Confirm using MitID

  • Enter your new 4-digit passcode and confirm.

Your new passcode is now saved.

If you forgot your passcode:

In this case, you will be able to reset your passcode by pressing "Forgot?" in the bottom left before logging in. This will take you to a confirmation using MitID. Afterwards, you will be given the opportunity to create a new code.

Changing the password for the app is simple, and there are two ways to proceed.

  1. Open your Lunar app and press "Forgot?" Now, you can log in with BankID and create a new password. This is the only way to reset your passcode in case you forgot it.

  2. You can also change the password in the app. Click on your profile icon in the upper-left corner. Choose "Privacy and Security," followed by "Change Password," and verify using BankID. Now, you can change your password in the app.
