Where can I withdraw cash?
You can use all ATMs in Denmark as well as the rest of the world as long as they accept Visa debit cards.

What does it cost to withdraw money?
It is entirely free to withdraw money if you have Lunar Plus or Unlimited - both here in Denmark and the rest of the world. 🌎
There are some fees to be aware of if you have a Lunar Light account. It costs 9 kr. to withdraw DKK and EUR in Denmark. It costs 19 kr. to withdraw other currencies and to withdraw in ATMs in other countries. You can read more about our withdrawal limits and fees here.
❗️ Be aware of the fact that some ATMs have their own fees that they can charge when you withdraw an amount. This is unfortunately out of our control.
How much can I withdraw?
We have a daily withdrawal limit of 5.000 kr.
If you have standard, your monthly withdrawal limit is 25.000 kr., regardless of your Lunar subscription.

Can I withdraw money from my Lunar card when out shopping?
No - it is unfortunately not possible to withdraw cash whilst shopping with your Lunar card in stores or at the supermarket. You will have to use an ATM.
