Employee card (expense management) is for Grow customers who want to invite unlimited employees to their team. It will allow you to control the amount limit on the individual card and give you full control over how much your employees spend and on what.
How do I invite an employee to their own card?
Open your Lunar App
Under the products tab, select "Teams"
Press "add new team member"
Enter the employee's email
Select the desired account
Enter the employee's maximum spending limit
Now you have sent an invitation to your employee. Then the employee must enter and accept the invitation.
Good to know
there is no ceiling on how many employee cards you can issue and it does not cost you anything as this is included in the price of your subscription.
The employee can not see the balance on the company account, only the spending limit that is determined.
