If the card never arrived, it could be due to various reasons. Some of these reasons could include the name not being on the mailbox, the card being ordered just before you changed your address, or postal delays.

In the Lunar app, you can see the expected delivery date for the card. If this date is overdue, you should contact our support through the app for a solution.
