Card not received

If the card never arrived, it could be due to various reasons. Some of these reasons could include the name not being on the mailbox, the card being ordered just before you changed your address, or postal delays.

In the Lunar app, you can see the expected delivery date for the card. When two days have passed since you were supposed to receive the card, you will see "Contact customer support" next to the delivery information in the Lunar app. This means it's time to contact us so that we can help you figure out why the card hasn't arrived and ensure that you receive it.
