How to order your card
Open your Lunar app and choose Card in the menu at the top of the screen.
Click on Add + bottom right corner, and then click on Choose card for either the virtual or the physical card.
Choose the colour that you desire and then choose which account you want this card linked to. (This cannot be changed later on)
For the physical card:
Create a pin code for the new card. (This can not be changed later on)
Check that your address is written correctly and ensure that your full name is written on your mailbox. Without this, we cannot guarantee that your card will be delivered. If your address is outdated, you can read more about that here.
Swipe right on the slider to confirm and order your card.
The delivery time is approximately 10 business days (5 days for metal cards from Unlimited). You can see the expected delivery date by pressing the ordered card under 'Cards'.
Your card is activated immediately. This means that you can now use your card online, connect it to your MobilePay, or connect it to Apple or Google Wallet.
Please note: You cannot change the colour or design of the card after ordering. You also cannot change the address to which the card is to be delivered after the order has been placed.
Frequently asked questions:
Can customer service order a card for me?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for customer service to order a card for you.
