Which accounts can I access?
You can link your deposit accounts (typically your salary account) in other banks, but not special savings accounts, such as child savings, pension accounts, deposits or other similar accounts.
How often does it update my accounts?
We retrieve your data every time you log in to the app. If the app doesn't show the latest transactions from your other bank, you can re-connect the account, and it will be synchronized again.
Why can't I see all my bank accounts?
You choose which accounts to show in the app on the blue sliders when you connect your bank. You can later edit your choices by tapping on the bank in question under 'Accounts from your other bank'. It is only possible to link deposit accounts (typically your salary account), i.e. not special savings accounts, pension accounts, deposits or other similar accounts.
Can I connect multiple banks?
There are no restrictions on how many connected banks you can have.
How often do I need to authenticate with MitID, BankID or NemID?
We can use your authentication for 6 months, after which you need to reauthenticate via the app.
Why do I need to 'Reconnect' every 180 days?
Due to the Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) of the PSDII directive, banks and payment service providers are required to ask for new consent every 180 days.
Transfers
Can I pay bills through a linked account?
Please note that this information only applies to Lunar in Denmark.
You can only make transfers through a linked account. Direct debit or other forms of payment are not supported and therefore not possible to use.
How much can I transfer?
This depends on the transfer limit of the linked bank. You will be able to transfer the same amount through the Lunar app as you would be able to do in the other bank's online banking. You will therefore need to contact the bank in question to find out what their transfer limits are.
Can I transfer money from another bank to my Lunar account in the app?
Yes, you can transfer money to your Lunar account from your other bank via a regular transfer under the relevant bank account in the Lunar app.
Can I make transfers to other banks through the linked bank?
Yes, if you have two or more different banks linked in the Lunar app, you can transfer between them.
In the event of an error-transfer, you must contact the bank that is linked and from which the error-transfer occurred.
