When applying for an account, you may be asked for the following:
A photo of your passport, driver's license, or national identity card.
A photo of your yellow health card or another document confirming your address.
A confirmation through MitID for a Danish account.
Further documentation:
After finishing your application, we may ask for further documentation. This is in connection with our customer due diligence procedures that we are obliged to comply with.
Examples could be an official document confirming your name and address.
It could also be a bank statement from the last three months in another bank.
If you are asked for further documentation, you will be able to upload it directly through the app. In this case, you will also find a message describing exactly what we need.

When applying for an account, you may be asked for the following:
Proof of address
If we request a personal certificate, for example, to verify a change of address or name, you need to download your proof of address from the Swedish Tax Agency's website and then upload the certificate in your Lunar app. You can easily download your proof of address here 👉 Proof of address from the Swedish Tax Agency.
Payslip
If we request salary specifications, you need to upload them as PDF files in your Lunar app.
Bank statement
If we request a bank statement, you need to upload it as a PDF file in your Lunar app. The bank statement should include the account number, your name, the bank's name, and the requested time period.
ID
If we request a picture of your ID document, the entire ID document needs to be clearly visible in the image. A valid ID document includes a passport or national ID card.
Residence permit
If we request a residence permit, you need to upload two clear pictures of the front and back of the entire residence permit.

You will be able to upload it directly through the app. In this case, you will also find a message describing exactly what we need.
