Usually, the name is updated automatically after you have registered a name change. If it takes time, or for some reason it hasn't been updated with us, we can change it manually for you.
Here's how to update your name:
1. Send a chat message to our customer support in the Lunar app and inform us that you've changed your name.
2. Our customer support will request documentation to verify your new name.

4. Upload your Proof of address and notify our customer support when it's done.
5. Our customer support will confirm when they have updated your name.
