Here's how to update your name

Usually, the name is updated automatically after you have registered a name change. If it takes time, or for some reason, it hasn't been updated with us, we can change it manually for you.

1. Send a chat message to our customer support in the Lunar app and inform us that you've changed your name.

2. Our customer support will request documentation to verify your new name.

  • πŸ‡©πŸ‡° Documentation for Danish Lunar: Your new yellow health card and a printout from the CPR register.

  • πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ Documentation for Swedish Lunar: Download a Proof of address in PDF format from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).

4. Upload your Proof of address and notify our customer support when it's done.

5. Our customer support will confirm when they have updated your name.
