Check the account balance 👉 Before we can close the business account, you need to ensure that the account balance is 0 SEK.

Contact us via the Lunar app 👉 Start by sending a message to our customer support and let us know that you want to close the business account. We will help you get started with the process.

For Danish customers 🇩🇰 you additionally need to:

Move NemKonto and payment agreements: If you have a NemKonto or payment agreements associated with your business account, you must move them to another account or cancel them before we can close your business account.

Confirm closing of NemKonto (if necessary): If you no longer need your NemKonto because you are closing your business, you need to inform us that we can close the account together with your NemKonto.
