Please note that this information only applies with Lunar Business in Denmark.


It can sometimes not be that the technology is always with one, and in most cases it tends to help by making use of the "pull the plug and put it back in" method. The same principle applies to your Lunar App, many times solves the technical problems of not having access to your account. So try to do the following:

  1. Delete the Lunar App

  2. Reinstall the Lunar App

  3. Update your phone

  4. Try here again to log in

If this still does not work after the followed procedure, contact customer support and we can take a closer look at the matter.
