If you have sold your company or are in the process of selling it, and there is a change of ownership—there are few things to check.


🇩🇰 For Lunar Business DK, the following must be done:

  1. Transfer all deposits out

  2. Unsubscribe from all of your payment service agreements

  3. Unsubscribe from your supplier and transfer service agreements

  4. Cancel you business NemKonto

This must be done as the current owner must close his or her account so that the new owner can apply with the newly acquired cvr number. This is because the current owner has his or hers personal NemID linked to the account.

If you have not the done the above and there is still a balance on the account, then it is the new owner's responsibility to have this transferred to the previous owner.

Once this has been done, the new owner must contact customer support to bring the matter to their attention.

There is no guarantee that the new application will be approved.


🇸🇪 For Lunar Business SE, the following must be done:

First, the account balance must be 0 SEK. After that, we can close the business account.

Please contact customer support by sending a message in the Lunar app, and we will assist you in closing the account.

The current owner needs to close the business account for the new owner to make a new application with their own BankID and organization number.

There is no guarantee that the new application will be approved.
