When you have ordered the card in the app, we will begin the production and delivery process. The card will be delivered to your private address registered in our system. The delivery address can not be changed after ordering the card. Please contact us if your address is outdated, and we will make sure to update it.

The delivery time is approximately 10 business days (5 days for metal cards from Unlimited). You can see the expected delivery date by pressing the ordered card under 'Cards'.

The card is active right away, and the digital copy can be used in your digital wallet, MobilePay and online from this moment.
