How do I earn points?

You earn points by using your SAS EuroBonus Lunar card for purchases. Every time you make a purchase over 12.50 DKK/SEK/NOK*, you earn Bonus Points. You earn 1 point for every 12.50 you spend. So, for example, if you spend 100, you’ll earn 8 points.

If you use your SAS EuroBonus Lunar card when booking flights or upgrades directly with SAS, you’ll earn 20 points per 100 spent.**

*Please note that you won’t earn points on certain transactions, such as crypto purchases, gambling, cash withdrawals, deposits, or bill payments. You can find the full list of transactions that do not earn EuroBonus points here.

**With the SAS EuroBonus Lunar card, you earn 8 points per 100 on eligible purchases. The higher rate of 20 points per 100 only applies to purchases made directly with SAS, such as flight tickets and upgrades via SAS.dk, SAS.se, SAS.no, or flysas.com.

When can I use my points?

You can use your points once they have been transferred to EuroBonus. Transfers of points occur on your monthly payday.

You can see the next transfer day in the app, under the 🔍 in the top right corner. There you will find your SAS EuroBonus page and your earned points. If you tap on your earned points, you can see a points overview, showing the date for the next transfer of points to SAS EuroBonus, among other details.

What happens to my points when I make a return?

If you return a purchase made with your SAS EuroBonus Lunar card, the corresponding points will be deducted from your points balance with Lunar. If you don't have enough points, the balance may become negative. You can easily restore the balance by earning more points. If you choose to cancel your SAS x Lunar subscription with a negative points balance, the corresponding deduction of points will be made from your SAS EuroBonus account.
