Blocking your card or account outside of opening hours

If you lose your card or suspect fraudulent activity, you should block it immediately. The fastest way to do this is in the Lunar app, where you can block your card instantly.

If you do not have access to the app, you can contact Nets outside our opening hours to have your card blocked.
