How to contact Lunar

There are several ways you can contact our customer support team. The best option is to open a secure chat while you’re logged into the app. This will allow us to verify your identify, and provide you with specific information and support.

How to contact us in the app

Help and support is available in your profile. Open your app and click on the circle in the top left with your initials. From here, you will be able to access “Help & support”, where you can contact us and see frequently asked questions.

How to email us

You can send an email to support@lunar.app. Please note that response time may be quicker if you contact us through our chat instead.

How to contact us, if you’ve been preventively blocked?

In the event that your account has been preventively blocked, you can either contact us via email or call us on the phone. You can contact us in the app, by clicking on the circle in the top left with your initials, and navigating to “Help & support”.

Support is available on weekdays from 9-16 in Denmark.

How to Block Your Card Outside of Opening Hours

We offer the option to contact NETS outside of opening hours to have your card blocked. This may be necessary if you lose your card and are unable to block it yourself via the Lunar app. You can contact NETS at: +45 72 11 20 13.
